Service levels are targets we work to, counted in UK business days. The portal and API aim for 99.5% availability each month.

How units are counted

Modules

Each module counts as one unit.

Packages

A package counts as the number of modules in it, up to five. A module you hold inside a package is not counted again.

Lookups and versions

Lookups are free, and versions never count: holding every version of a module costs the same as one.

A request that would take you over your plan is refused, and the portal shows you before you confirm.

Paying and cancelling

Paying

Plans are paid in advance, in pounds, through Stripe. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

Changing plan

Moving up starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down, or between monthly and annual, takes effect at the end of the period.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time on the portal's Billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. The terms of service cover refunds and what happens after a plan ends.
